Dear Feiner Plumbing,

	About a week ago you folks sold and installed a water heater for me. I'm writing to say thanks for doing quality work and practicing refreshingly good business.
	First of all, when I called for help the man I spoke to explained the 6 year warranty water heater was the same mechanically as the longer warranted ones, which was showing honesty and integrity, as I imagine your profit (or at least AO Smiths') would probably been higher with the sales price of a longer warranted one being higher.
	Then, the work was done the say we called. The area worked in was clean. It seems the work itself was quality work, and the price was reasonable from what I have experienced with plumbers in the past.
	I am so glad I asked at my church (Fellowship of Christian Believers, downtown) for a recommendation for a good plumbing company. I've has some real bad experiences with business over the last several years, including plumbers- so it is my pleasure to point out my positive experience with your company. (I've already referred one friend to you based on my experience).
